Gaura parba, hudkeli dance , masta puja, dashain , tihar, baishak sangranti are the main festivals celebrated here.Productsmade of bamboo, fiber, like doko,dalo, suppo rack, theki, madani. Ajay merukot, Amargadi fort , ugratara temple are the heritages of this district.
