YOUNG NEPALI SCIENTIST - YOGESH OJHA DEVELOPED AUTONOMOUS DRONE - QUADCOPTER

Yogesh Ojha was born on 2053, Phulwari VDC kailali District. He was bron on medium level family. He was given birth by Sharada Joshi and Khagendra Raj Ojha.

He started his schooling from Kailali VIdya Niketan, there he studied till 7th and He went to Aishwarya Vidya Niketan. He did SLC in distinction from Aishwarya Vidya Niketan, Dhangadhi. Then he moved to Kathmandu for his further studies. In Kathmandu, he studied in Kathmandu BernHardt College. There he completed +2 and moved to Bangalore for his further studies in engineering. Currently he is doing Computer engineering in Eastpoint College of Technology in Bangalore.

He had keen interest in computer and electronics since his early childhood. This curiosity led him to achieve various awards including,  District Level programming competition - Second Prize at the age of 15 , International Level Award-Inovative App Developer-Geeklist, while he was 16 and, National Level Hackathon (Second) organized by Ministry of Science and Technology and Kathmandu University at the age of 17. He started  working as a freelance web developer after he finished his SLC and currently he is working as a Freelance Python Developer, Web Developer and  Android App Developer. Specially these days he is busy in websites outsourcing. Outsourcing  is the contracting of the management of a website and entire online environment to a third-party service provider.

Recently has has developed one of the very few flying Linux machines in the world. He used Python as a programming language in the quadcopter. The micro-controller was made by himself
 using raspberry pi, which is a credit card sized computer. His drone can be controlled from anywhere through internet connection. It can be controlled using Android smartphones and Laptops.

Mr Ojha has worked 3 months day and night for making this drone successful.

Mr Ojha's  one and only aim is to show to the world that even nepalese people have such abilities. Mr Ojha further said that, in upcoming days he will continue  doing research in making this drone autonomous.
